Challenging self guided bike tour Dalmatian coast

This challenging self-guided road bike tour is built for endurance cyclists and triathletes looking for serious daily climbs and island hopping through the Dalmatian archipelago. Ride between Hvar and Brač before the tour's signature final stage: the climb to Sveti Jure, the 1,762-meter summit above Makarska known as Croatia's Mt. Ventoux. Several stages on this route overlap with the Tour of Croatia, one of the country's most important professional cycling races. Alongside the climbing, you'll still get the Mediterranean food, Greek, Roman, and Venetian history, and local Dalmatian atmosphere that come with every 366 Active Croatia tour — this route is simply built for cyclists who want the harder version.
